Steps For Taking the Survey at TalkToMartins.com

Most avid sweepstakes chasers know by now that some require a bit of preliminary leg work.  One such contest is the Talk to Martin’s survey sweepstakes.  The sweepstakes can be entered after taking a few minutes to provide the store with some insight by taking the available survey at www.talktomartins.com.

You can begin the survey by first entering the 20 digit PIN found at the bottom of a Martin’s store receipt.  Once you’ve entered the pin click the Next button to proceed towards the questions.  It should be pointed out that you can change the survey’s language by using the drop down box posted at the top right hand side of the page (English and Spanish are available).  After the survey Martin will give you one entry for a chance to win a $500 gift card!

  • Open to legal residents of MD, WV, PA, or VA (relocate to one if not eligible?)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to participant in the sweepstakes
  • Surveys must be completed within 5 days of the date on the receipt to be eligible
  • 5 prizes are awarded for each of the sweepstakes entry periods (sure beats just 1!)

Customers who are having a hard time finding the PIN from the receipt can try referring to the sample image posted at the start of the survey (also see the below example).  Those with questions about the survey can try sending an email to TalktoMartinsSurveySupport@tns-online.com.

  1. I was looking forward to having a Rueben Sandwich when we got to Cracker Barrel Jansen Beach, and was disappointed to find that they did not have one on their menu. Otherwise the service and atmosphere were great.

  5. I travel across Winchester, VA to shop at this Martin’s which has been my favorite store for some time. This year I have purchased special flowers for my wife and she loved both bunches of flowers and they got great comments from all visitors to our house. Another reason is that I know the store layout well which speeds up the shopping and the staff is very helpful when I can’t find certain items. An the shoppers I find are following the face rule in the store that makes feel better.

  6. I rarely take the time to fill out a survey but this time I had to let the Managers at the Martins grocery store in Harrisonburg, Virginia know about one of their Outstanding employees. I always prefer shopping at Martins bc the store and workers most always seem to be a cut above other similar stores. And this time the really especially kind and knowledgeable person was Cassandra (Kasandra?) B. (sp?) who went out of her way to help me. Of course any good employee will help a customer when asked. But In this case, I hadn’t even asked. She evidently saw how frustrated I was and SHE ASKED ME if she could help!!! When I told her what I was looking for, she led me to another aisle and searched the shelves until she found it. I was so grateful for her help that I had to tell someone about this outstanding employee. I hope you can recognize her in some way so she gets feedback that her good deeds are noticed and appreciated.

  7. I had a horrible experience at the Martins in Stephens City Va. I spend {in the past} a decent amount of money at this store. I will not make that mistake again! The one caller was completely
    blocked so the I couldn’t reach anything inside. the clerk was stocking another cooler and instead of bringing out one or two shelves at a time she brought out all of them so that he had the entire cooler on the other side blocked. I then went to the meat counter and couldn’t get anything because she was the one that was stocking. I just quit shopping and went through the check out. The clerk ws very nice and helpful. I spent around $400. I went to customer service and the person wasn’t
    behind the counter. After I waited for 15minutes {along with another customer] she came out with another employee laughing and said, “I had to count some money” Sorry she should have taken care of the customer instead of socializing.

  8. A great store, a great location, easy parking, friendly atmosphere, clean, appealing food displays,
    friendly customer service counter, fast efficient cashiers and do not forget the wonderful smells coming from the bakery. Shopping at Martins is a pleasure I participate in at least once a week after all I can get a nice discount at the gas pump when I do.

  11. I have been shopping at your Eldersburg store for about twenty years. Your recent upgrades and refreshing of the store has brought it into the twenty first century. Naturally, with aisle changes there is a certain amount of re-learning of locations of specific products.

    I have found within the past month that there has been a problem with product availability in three specific areas. First, the new enclosed dairy case has bern empty of products such as half and half and other dairy related products when I shop on a Tuesday or Wednesday late morning. This has happened two out of three weeks. The freezer section is not as well stocked as it has been in the past. Ice cream products as well as many frozen vegetables offer very little selection. Finally, the canned vegetable aisle has been sparsely stocked for the past several weeks. I hope that you can relate this to the Eldersburg store management and these lapses will be corrected in the near future.

  12. We love Martins and appreciate the clean and friendly atmosphere at the Conosville Pa branch. Amy is an amazing front supervisor. She helped my husband get a raincheck. He has leukemia and sometimes may come off harsh to others. She was so attentive and kind. Thank you, Amy
